Standard shipping typically takes 3-7 business days within the continental U.S. Expedited shipping options are available at checkout if you need your gear sooner.

What is your return policy?

We accept returns on unworn, unwashed items with original tags attached within 30 days of purchase. Please note that final sale items are not eligible for return.

Do you offer a warranty on your apparel and gear?

Yes, we stand behind our craftsmanship. Big Agnes products are guaranteed against manufacturing or material defects for the usable lifetime of the product.

How do I care for my technical down jackets?

We recommend machine washing on a cold, gentle cycle with a specialized down detergent. Tumble dry on low heat with clean tennis balls to restore loft and prevent clumping.
